Advantages and disadvantages of hot press and index introduction

The mechanical part of the hydraulic hose, which is the connecting circuit, pump, valve, filter, hose, metal hose and other suitable parts. The variety of hose is complex, the structure is diverse, and the service conditions are different. Therefore, the service life of the hose depends not only on the quality, but also on the correct use and maintenance. Therefore, even if the product has high quality, if it can not be used and maintained correctly, it will seriously affect its service quality and service life.

The following methods can be used to deal with the oil gushing and leakage of the high-pressure rubber hose used in the pressurized opening project

1. Reform law

Due to the differences of the hose joints in the hydraulic system, and at the same time, it is not suitable to use the "bonding method", "binding method" or "splicing method" for the high-pressure or ultra-high-pressure broken hose. According to this, the modification method can be adopted: sawing off the pipe joint of the broken hose; finding a replacement hose with the pressure bearing capacity and length similar to the broken hose, and sawing off the pipe joint Angle welding on the replacement hose; the welded hose can be used after cleaning.

2. Bonesetting

When the rupture part of rubber hose is large or about to be broken due to external force (shrapnel breakdown, extrusion fracture) or system overload, the method of bone connection can be adopted: wipe the broken part of the hose and cut off the broken part; insert the self-made steel "bone" into the cut hose, and clamp the hose and "bone" tightly with self-made steel plate clip (in case of special emergency, No. 8 can be used) Iron wire instead of self-made steel plate clip; the connected hose can be used after cleaning.

3. Binding method

The binding method is suitable for the emergency repair of rubber hose with pressure below 16MPa. The specific methods are as follows: apply one of the commonly used adhesives for construction machinery on the broken part of the hose; wrap 2-3 layers of oil-resistant rubber at the rubber coating position with the width of 2-3 times of the length of the broken part (each layer should be coated with glue); bind the wound oil-resistant rubber with No. 12 iron wire; and wait for its solidification.

4. Open circuit method

In the hydraulic system of construction machinery, some oil lines play a role in protecting the safety of the system. When the rubber hose in these oil lines is broken, the open circuit method can be adopted; the protective device (such as "safety valve" etc.) in the oil circuit can be abandoned; the oil circuit leading to the broken hose can be blocked to open the oil circuit. When adopting the open circuit method, the system load should be controlled between 85% and 95% of the rated load.

5. Bonding method

When the rubber hose with hydraulic system pressure between 25-8.0mpa breaks, the adhesive repair method can be adopted: wipe the surrounding area of the hose rupture; apply one of "anaerobic" adhesive, "epoxy resin" glue, "801" glue or "502" glue (the length of the glue is about 2-3 times of the length of the rupture part); wrap 4-5 layers of the adhesive coating with adhesive cloth or canvas strip£¨ Each layer should be coated with glue); the two ends of the winded tape should be tied into a dead knot; it can be used after 15-20 minutes of solidification.

6. Transposition method

In the hydraulic system, the rubber hose of the same oil way has the same specification, but bears different oil pressure. Most of the ruptured hoses are those with high oil pressure. According to this, transposition method can be adopted: the broken rubber tube can be simply glued or bound; the oil pipes at the oil inlet and the oil outlet can be used interchangeably.

In a word, the above methods are emergency methods in case of emergency, and the high-pressure hose will inevitably lose its original index performance. Therefore, it should be replaced after opening to keep the equipment in good condition. In the practical application, it is necessary to avoid the rupture of the hose and do frequent inspection and maintenance.
