•  SAE standards are not universal. Sub-models within the R-series correspond to distinctly different failure mechanisms:R2/R4 Suction Hoses: Require resolution of low-temperature flexibility (10,000 bend cycles at -40°C test).

• R13/R15 Abrasion-Resistant Hoses: Outer cover compound incorporates alumina ceramic particles (wear volume ≤ 0.8 cm³ per 10,000 revolutions, ISO 4649 standard).

• R17 Fire-Resistant Hoses: Pass the MSHA 30/30 flame test (no rupture for 30 minutes under propane jet flame).

2. For the Following Operating Conditions, Prioritize Verifying These Parameters:

• High-Frequency Vibration Equipment (e.g., hydraulic breakers): → Select models with a pulse life ≥ 500,000 cycles (ISO 6803 standard).

• Acidic Mine Water Environment: → Outer cover must pass resistance testing against 10% H₂SO₄ solution (volume change rate ≤ 6%).

• Short-Distance High-Pressure Delivery: → R15 hoses exhibit an 18% lower pressure drop compared to standard models (at 6 m/s flow velocity).
